DELIVERY:

All orders are shipped from the UK. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. KITANI is unfortunately not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will usually take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will usually take up to 7 business days.

For clients based outside of the UK (Including the EU), the client will be liable to pay for any taxes and duties imposed by their country. These are charges set by your local government and not KITANI.
