Shipping & Returns
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- Please return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please email us at hello@kitanilondon.com to notify us of your return
- Please make sure that all items are returned in their original condition otherwise the items cannot be accepted and refunded.
- Please make sure to use a recorded shipment provider with a tracking number. We cannot be held accountable for return items that get lost in transit.
- Please make sure all garments are returned with the amethyst bracelet. Should the bracelet not be returned, we will deduct £19.99 off the final refund.

DELIVERY:
All orders are shipped from London, UK. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. KITANI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
UK DELIVERY
All UK orders are shipped from London and will be charged at £6.95 and will usually be delivered within 1-2 business days from dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will usually take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will usually take up to 7 business days. All European orders will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of £25.00. All US and Rest of World orders will be charged at a flat rate of £30.00. For clients based outside of the UK (Including the EU), the client will be liable to pay for any taxes and duties imposed by their country. These are charges set by your local government and not KITANI.
TAXES & DUTIES
Outside of the UK (in Europe and the rest of the world), the customer will be responsible for any further taxes and custom duties. These are charges set by your local government. Please note we are unable to refund these charges should you choose to return the item to us.
