How do I care for my garments?
All KITANI items are carefully handmade. Please handwash or machine wash your items on a delicate wash.

How do I return an item?
Please fill out the return form and email us at hello@kitanilodon.com to notify us of the return.
Items can only be refunded if they have been returned in their original packaging with all all original labels.
The amethyst bracelet that comes with our garments must also be returned.

How will my items be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. KITANI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
All UK orders will be charged at £6.95 and will be delivered within 2-3 business date from dispatch. Dispatch may take longer during busy sales periods.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will take 3-5 business days from date of dispatch, while deliveries to other international countries will take up to 7 business days. All European orders will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of £14.99. US and Rest of World orders will be charged at the flat rate of £29.99. Dispatch may take longer during busy sales periods.
TAXES & DUTIES
Outside of the UK the customer will be responsible for any further taxes and custom duties.
